Excadrill would probably be better with Iron Head, Rock Slide or Stone Edge in the place of Toxic, but if you are making a real competitive team (to play in a tier), Excadrill is Uber in Gen. 5, so you would have to play in the Ubers tier. If you're just doing random battles (3 vs 3), you should be fine though. Also, Excadrill would be much better with Sand Rush if it isn't too much trouble to get one with that. Forretress likes Leftovers, and it would probably prefer something more useful than Protect. I was going to suggest Gyro Ball to replace Protect, but since your Forretress is Jolly, that may not be as effective as it normally would be. Volt Switch or Sandstorm (to help Excadrill) would probably be decent alternatives. Dragonite may like Fire Punch better than Superpower. Superpower will stop you from being walled by Heatran, but it doesn't hit Scizor, Forretress, Ferrothorn, or Skarmory as hard, and it causes your Attack and Defense to fall when you use it. The Attack drop will make it harder for Dragonite to break walls and/or sweep. Tyranitar or Hippowdon would probably be a good addition to this team because it would allow you to set up permanent weather instead of having to do it manually. In Gen. 5, auto-weather is very common.

The only probelm I've been having is that I haven't really figured out a good moveset yet but what I'm thinking so far is Flamethrower, Softboiled, Toxic, and Subsititute. What do you think?

For Chansey, Seismic Toss would probably be more helpful than Flamethrower due to Chansey's poor offense, and Aromatherapy could be used in place of Substitute to help your whole team. I guess the Substitute might make it harder for switch-ins to Knock-Off the Eviolite though, and I'm not sure how much trouble it would be to acquire those moves off the top of my head though. If you want to keep Flamethrower, it would probably be better to go ahead and use Blissey.

If you want to keep Flamethrower, it would probably be better to go ahead and use Blissey. I've made some more adjustments after thinking long and hard about it. I've decided to evolve my Chansey as its base stat increase is very significant. I took your advice on my Dragonite and gave it Firepunch. I also took out my Forretross and Excadrill. I may use them for another team if needed. My main adjustments have become the addition of a "Modest" Alakazam with Psychic, Energy Ball, Focus Blast, and Magic Coat as taking out the Forretross will give me no new pokemon with entry hazards. A "Timid" Wash Rotom has been added with Will-O-Wisp, Dark Pulse, Hydro Pump, and Thudnerbolt. I did have an idea where i take out WIll-O-Wisp and Thunderbolt and give it Rain Dance and Thunder but I'm unsure if that will go over well in battle. Plus I may just make another Rotom if I really want to do that. And finally a "Careful" Dusknoir with Pursuit, Imprison, Shadow Ball, and Shadow Sneak.

There may be better things for it to do than Dark Pulse such as Volt Switch, Rest (if holding Chesto Berry), or Pain Split. I'm not sure how well Magic Coat Alakazam will work, but I know I wouldn't expect that, so I would like to know how it works out. Is Dusknoir just supposed to be a professional Ghost killer? I don't think I've seen that set before.

I'm making this team as my first "competitive" team, however, this Dusknoir is just gonna be used when I battle my friend who has got a kick Lickilicky Espeon. My game plan for battling him would be save my Dusknoir til I can get that match up and then I have a lot of opportunities. Imprison will block his Shadow Ball. If we wants to switch out I got Pursuit. If he stays in I can ensure my first attack with Shadow Sneak or get a heavy hit with my Shadow Ball. I was also thinking about giving Dusknoir a Kasib Berry just incase he stays in and uses Shadow Ball against me. PLUS being a Careful nature I have tons of extra special D. Thats all I really have planned for him, but if he does have a ghost type as well Dusknoir will be helpful too. And I didn't event think about my fire moves that I have on my other guys so thanks for that! Also, I wasn't sure about an item for Rotom and since I did evolve my Chansey I have no idea what item I'm gonna use for Blissey either.

I've used Rotom with a Sitrus Berry before, and that is decent. You could also try the Chesto-Rest combo I mentioned earlier. Rotom can also be good with a Choice Scarf or Choice Specs. If you go with the Choice item, you should give it Trick so that you can cripple an opposing wall that's trying to stall you, and Volt Switch would become more important to have as well. Blissey needs Leftovers.

If you have nothing else to use Stealth Rocks, Blissey can do the job. Blissey is usually better with Heal Bell though. It really depends on which option will help your team the most.

I am not understanding the Seismitoad, why it's there or its movesets. Would like to hear why it is in this team.

I am not understanding the Seismitoad, why it's there or its movesets. Would like to hear why it is in this team. It has a large moveset pool, I like its ability, and its only weakness is grass. I had a few ideas about what I wanted its moveset to be. It came down to aqua ring which i could get health back from, ice punch to be more versatile, or venoshock which does more damaged to a poisoned target which could happen with the Poison Point ability.

If youre making a competitive team, Seismitoad just isn't on par with the high-tiered pokemon it will be competing with. Also, having flamethrower on Blissey doesn't exactly make sense to me. Seismic toss is always going to do more damage. As far as the seismitoad goes, it is best used in a lower tier. If you are looking for a bulky water type with an equally large pool, try Vaporeon. You also need some form of hazards (preferably stealth rocks NOT from Blissey). I would reccomend Ferrothorn over Seismitoad and changing Blissey's movepool. The team itself isn't TERRIBLE but it's suseptible to many of the common threats. I would like to see a more all-out team. The movesets (while interesting) are lackluster and don't accomplish to do anything. Persim Berry on an Outrage Dragonite is cute but overall ineffective. These are only my opinions and as such should be taken lightly.
