If youre making a competitive team, Seismitoad just isn't on par with the high-tiered pokemon it will be competing with. Also, having flamethrower on Blissey doesn't exactly make sense to me. Seismic toss is always going to do more damage. As far as the seismitoad goes, it is best used in a lower tier. If you are looking for a bulky water type with an equally large pool, try Vaporeon. You also need some form of hazards (preferably stealth rocks NOT from Blissey). I would reccomend Ferrothorn over Seismitoad and changing Blissey's movepool. The team itself isn't TERRIBLE but it's suseptible to many of the common threats. I would like to see a more all-out team. The movesets (while interesting) are lackluster and don't accomplish to do anything. Persim Berry on an Outrage Dragonite is cute but overall ineffective. These are only my opinions and as such should be taken lightly. What about Swampert? I know that he can learn stealth rocks and probably spikes. He is the same typing which I like and I'm pretty sure he has a deep Moveset that I could play around with

Swampert is a good addition, yes.
