I haven't watched the video, but my favourite glitch has to be the one in Cerulean City which enables you to catch Mew.

But there are select trainers that if you don't battle and then do something and fly to Lavender town you can find a Mew on the route to the left!

It's really simple, too - provided its your first time in the city. Here:

I've tried it on 2 copies of Red and one of Blue, and it was flawless each time.

I did a video of a bunch of the Gen I glitches. Most of them have to do with horrible memory allocation in game design. Like there's a glitch that allows you to evolve Pokemon that would normally need an evolutionary stone directly after winning a battle. It's based on memory allocation. As are the Pokemon you can find on Cinnabar's coast.
