Everything seems decent except Hawlucha's item, Hawlucha is flying type so it already resists ground type moves.
Your team hasn't got a member that's really worth giving the balloon to, unless you gave it to Volcorona, but he has so many weaknesses it's not like eliminating that one would be worth it over lefties.
Other than that I see no obvious faults, only thing to do now is actually battle with it and see how it goes... (although, if you're not fussed about Mega Gengar's ban then Gengarite is also an option for Gengar)

I've never been a fan of these sort of mid-range teams that don't make great enough of a leap towards stall or hyper offense. The team you have here is a compilation of individual pokemon that make synergistic teams more cohesive but together, do not make a team. I am not saying it's bad, just that in my opinion it isn't accomplishing much by being a bunch of individually good pokemon. I would reccomend going one of three directions. Either a synergistic team (leaving volcarona and ferrothorn and working your core from there, those two do parralel eachother in a unique way), or hyper offense (changing around volcarona's EVs and moves, as with Rotom-W, and exchanging clefable), or stall by removing your Hawlucha and Gengar in favor of Hazards and annoyances beyond Clefable and if you were even more comitted, you could leave out the volcanora for something like Goodra for that extra level of stall. These are only my reccomendations and as such, they should be taken with a grain of salt. I don't know anything.
