In Pokemon Platinum i am about to enter snowpoint city, and i need help choosing an ice type pokemon for my team. Should i choose Frosslaas, mamoswine, or weavile?

My team:
-Infernape
-Scyther
-Milotic
-Machamp
-Garchomp
