Definitely Fuchsia city! It has the Safari Zone and a small zoo outside where you can see the pokemon. It's also close to the ocean, and for the athletic people, the cycling road is nearby as well! What else could you ask for?? :P

I think that my favorite city is probably Saffron.
Positive: It is the only town with two gyms. One of the gyms is a Psychic gym in the generation where Psychic is the best type. It is home to Silph Co., the developer for the Master Ball. It also has that one girl who likes to collect Pokemon dolls and copy people.
Negative: It is protected by thirsty guards who will deny entry to children until their thirst is quenched while simultaneously allowing criminal syndicate organizations to invade the town.

I'm going to have to say Celadon, the EEVEE, Fly, and lets not forget Team rocket, lets face it what other game do you technically get to put money into team rockets pockets? they own the gambling corner, and it's the only way to get a Porygon in these generations. so you have to line their pockets one way or another, not to mention you can get yourself a dratini and either Syther/pinser without the pain of trying to get them in the safari zone, again line team rockets pockets with more money, since the devs wouldn't let you join team rocket in cerulean this is the next best way to help team rocket.
