I highly recommend not watching the Subbed version, the subs are completely off.
Watch the dub and let them do it right, trust me.
Or learn Japanese and watch the original ^.^

Knowing the english animes, they'll tone it way down, some examples (Spoiling some parts of the show if you haven't seen it yet); That part with squirtle and charmander in the start, probably toned down a ton and the suggestion of what team rocket did to the marowak will probably be toned way down too. |

Wow they didn't cut out the bite scene. But I think they toned down the screams a bit. (Im watching the english dub ((now watched)))

I don't think it was overly toned down. The scream was just cut short, which I didn't mind because that part almost made me cry when I was the original version, lol. I do agree with the last part of your spoiler tagged part, I'm sure it will be but hopefully not TOO much. |

I'd rather them not tone down anything, but seeing the first part of the spoiler makes me think the second will most likely be toned down a lot, that part was depressing.
